About the Role : We’re hiring an experienced and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling live chat support for our US-based clients , ensuring quick, clear, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide real-time chat support to customers across the US market
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is needed
- Stay updated on products, services, and policies to provide accurate information

Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in customer support (chat-based preferred)




- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience dealing with international (US-based) customers
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting

- Prior experience in e-commerce, SaaS , or service-based industries :
