Call Center Executive ( North Indian )
Location: Hyderabad ( KPHB )
Salary : ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 + Incentives
Work Schedule: 6 days working: Monday to Friday + one rotational week off (mandatory working in Sunday and Saturday)
Key Requirements : Hindi fluency mandatory (Hindi eligible only)
Minimum Intermediate (12th pass)
Fresher or telecalling experience only (no other experience considered)
English communication mandatory
Excellent conversion & telephonic skills
Solid communication skills
Responsibilities : Handle inbound/outbound calls in health domain
Achieve conversion targets
Provide excellent customer service
