Customer Service Executive Domestic BPO (Inbound Voice)

Company : Computer Age Management Services (CAMS)

Location : Navi Mumbai (Turbhe)

Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM 6:30 PM)/ 6 days working. Joining: Immediate

Job Role : Handle inbound customer calls for domestic process, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.Eligibility:

- Graduates
- Positive communication skills
- Insurance Knowledge plus point

Skills Required : Customer handling, communication skills, basic computer knowledgeInterview Type: Walk‑inContact-Niyati (phone hidden)

Pay: ₹16,600.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
