Job Summary
Viksha Edu Serve Private Limited is hiring a Customer Tele Support Executive to manage customer calls, handle service requests, and support sales coordination for our Interactive Flat Panels (IFP) and Audio-Visual (AV) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Respond to product inquiries and service-related queries
- Register and track complaints/service requests
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams
- Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
- Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Fresher or 1 year of experience in Tele Support / Customer Service
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of IT/AV products preferred
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Graduate preferred
