- Handle international customer queries via voice calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Meet quality and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria :

- Freshers : Graduate with excellent (C1 level) communication skills
- Graduate/Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service (voice process)
- Good communication skills (B2/C1 level)
- Retail experience will be an added advantage

Job Details :

- Shift : 24×7 rotational shifts
- Working Days :



5.5 days a week
- Salary : Up to ₹35,000 CTC
