Position Type : Full-Time * USA Based Shift , Night shift 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM | 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM**

Age : >33 (Below 33)

Fluent English Proficiency Required

Key Responsibilities :

- Guest Experience Excellence : Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and a personal touch.
- Customer Support : Quickly respond to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide explicit, accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with our rental staff to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
- Problem Solving : Maintain a calm, empathetic demeanor while addressing guests' needs and providing solutions.
