Position Title : Customer Support Executive

Reporting To : Head of the Department

Location : Visakhapatnam

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Handle customer inquiries related to credit sales, including queries on payment terms, credit limits, and billing.
- Digital generated leads should be able to converted.
- Provide information about available products, services, and special offers on credit sales.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to credit transactions, payment delays, and account discrepancies.
- Offer timely solutions to customer complaints and ensure the process is smooth from start to finish.
- Assist in explaining credit terms, instalment plans, and interest rates.
- Guide customers through the payment process,



ensuring they understand how to make payments on time and avoid penalties.

REQUIREMENTS : Languages known :Hindi(mandatory), English, Telugu, Tamil

Qualification : Any Graduate Skills:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should be Proficient in Hindi and English
- Customer Service skills
- Robust Verbal and Listening Skills
- Capacity to establish rapport and build trust with customers
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
