Hiring: Customer Support Executive

RAD Designer Studio - Bhopal

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, enquiries, and day-to-day customer communication.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, messages, and calls .
- Provide information about products, prices, availability, and orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and orders.
- Maintain proper records of customer conversations and requirements.
- Coordinate with the studio/team for customer requests and order updates.
- Handle customer concerns politely and provide suitable solutions.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.




- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into orders when required.
- Positive communication skills.
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Hindi and English communication preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, calling, retail, or fashion will be an advantage.
