Customer Support Executive - Hindi Voice Process

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for our Hindi Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in Hindi.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Handle complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering polite, empathetic, and qualified communication.
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
