Customer Care Executive (Inbound & Outbound)

Location : Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer data and reports in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach.

Requirements :

- Minimum Qualification :Graduate (Any Stream)
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
