Work experience & Qualification required:

- FRESHER's with Fluency in English speaking OR min 1 years of experience in Telesales & customer service.
- Bachelor's (Preference - MBA Marketing).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

- To make communication with our Pharma Shopee (Franchise)
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.




- Direct reporting to higher management regarding responsible & unresolved problems.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.

Key Skills : MS Office, MS Excel, Pleasant Personality & Voice with Confidence.

Salary :

- Rs.20,000-25,000/- + incentives ( negotiable ).
