Customer Support Executive - Voice Process

Location : Road No. 16/Z, Neheru Nagar, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400604

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for multiple voice-based processes including BFSI, Customer Service, Retail, Insurance, Collections (DRA), Inbound with Partial Cross-Sell, and Outbound CSR.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries in a qualified manner
- Provide accurate information as per process guidelines
- Maintain quality and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: HSC / Graduate

- Graduate mandatory for BFSI-related processes

- Experience:

- Freshers eligible for select processes

- 6 months to 1 year experience required for BFSI, Collections, and Cross-Sell roles

- Age Limit: Up to 35 years (for applicable processes)

- Language:

- English communication mandatory

- Bengali mandatory for select roles

- Punjabi freshers accepted for collections process





- CIBIL / AMCAT / Client interviews applicable for select processes

Salary Details (For Better Reach)

- In-hand Salary : ₹14,500 - ₹26,000 per month
- CTC Range : ₹18,000 - ₹32,000 per annum

Work Schedule

- 5 or 6 working days (process dependent)
- Weekly off: Sunday fixed or rotational
- Shift type: Day / rotational shifts
- Shift window: 7:30 AM - 10:30 PM
- 9-hour working shift
