Job Summary: We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team, handling inbound calls from potential and existing clients. You'll provide excellent customer service, answer queries, and promote our travel packages and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide information about our travel packages and services
- Answer queries and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Promote our travel packages and services to potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to improve customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques¹ ² ³





Requirements :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and local languages
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus
- Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Skills :

- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
