- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identifying and pursuing current business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management : Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and building new ones.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations : Presenting products or services to potential customers and negotiating deals.
- Meeting Sales Targets : Achieving sales quotas and targets.
- Product Knowledge and Industry Trends : Staying informed about the company's products and industry trends.
- Reporting and Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting on performance.
- Customer Service and Support : Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing post-sale support.
- Collaboration : Working with internal teams like marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Trade Show and Event Participation : Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
