In this role, you will work as a Finance and Accounting Subject Matter Expert with rich experience in the accounts payable process.

Responsibilities :

- Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high-level customer service for internal and external customers
- Process invoices with PO, buy-sell Process (Post GRs manually)
- Reconcile vendor statements, GIRIR clearing and Debit balances
- Ensure quality of AP processes, handling of all not compliant and not standard processes within the country
- Manage multiple partners including both internal and external
- As a team leader, you will also supervise and guide your team in daily activities
- Manage improvement projects driving measurable productivity.
- Provide teams with Lean & Quality training driving operational excellence.
- Support system implementation & upgrades from L&Q; perspective.
- Identify and drive process improvement projects, participate in execution of projects related to standardization,



quality improvements, simplification or compliance.
- Contact person for business and internal stakeholders for any AP related issues; owns regular operation rhythm with the end-to-end Supply chain operations and Finance.
- Work closely with Business stakeholders on handling of exceptions, specific requirements and complex issues of invoice processing and payment.
- Support operational team with system & process expertise
- Provide technical guidance and share knowledge on processes and systems within the team in daily operations, train new joiners.
- Oversee process KPI’s and metrics, provide deep analysis with understanding of root causes.
- GST and Indian Taxation is mandatory

Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications

- Relevant experience or CA/ MBA(Finance) with good post qualification experience

Preferred qualifications

- Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
- Must have sound knowledge of written and spoken English
- Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP
- Preferable to have practical knowledge of Reporting and Service Now
- Understanding of Source to Pay process is a plus
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Attention to detail,
