About the Internship

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Intern - LAP under the PM Internship Scheme to join our Human Resources team in Palakkad. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across key HR functions, providing an excellent platform for qualified growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities - Sales Intern (LAP Sales / Loan Against Property)

- Assist the sales team in sourcing and generating leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Explain LAP product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Support customer onboarding and collect required KYC, income, and property-related documents.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert leads into loan disbursements.
- Update and maintain customer records, lead trackers, and MIS reports accurately.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, DSAs, and real estate intermediaries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.




- Assist in achieving assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
- Support customer service activities by addressing queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria - Sales Intern (LAP Sales)

- Minimum educational qualification :Plus Two (+2) or above .
- Age: Below 25 years .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and financial services.
- Willingness to undertake field visits and customer acquisition activities.
- Basic knowledge of banking and loan products will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred : Freshers and students/recent graduates seeking exposure to sales and financial services.

Internship Duration : 6 Months Location : Kottayam, Kerala Stipend : ₹9,000 per month

Pay: ₹9,000.00 per month
