We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and promoting our products/services over the phone. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, build relationships with customers, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities : Outbound Calling : Make outbound calls to potential customers from our lead database to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads by gathering information about potential customers' needs and preferences.

Product/Service Knowledge : Maintain a robust understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

Customer Relationship Building : Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.

Sales Pitch :



Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of each potential customer.

Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.

Data Management : Accurately record customer information, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.

Targets and Reporting : Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and provide regular reports on your performance to the sales manager.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education :
