Job Summary : We are hiring Telecalling Executives for calling process. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, and connecting interested clients to the concerned team for further processing.

This is not a field job. It is an in-office telecalling profile.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Introduce our services
- Identify if the customer is looking for financial products
- Understand basic requirements and eligibility
- Transfer or assign interested customers to the concerned team
- Maintain call records and daily follow-up data
- Achieve daily calling targets

Requirements :

- Good communication skills
- Telecalling / BFSI experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Comfortable with a target-based environment
- Basic computer knowledge
