Relationship Manager Location : Tadali, Chandrapur Designation : Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers
- Make regular follow-up calls to sales and service customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction (both pre-sales and post-sales/service)
- Handle customer complaints and queries and provide timely resolution
- Conduct service reminders, feedback calls, and retention activities
- Update customer data and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and delivery teams
- Generate loyalty programs, referrals, and repeat business
- Suggest initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

Eligibility Criteria :

- Education : Graduate / HSC (preferred)
- Experience : 1-3 years in customer handling / CRM / automobile industry
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Marathi & basic English)
- Customer-focused and polite attitude
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
