Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information about company products and services
- Assist customers in placing orders and resolving complaints
- Follow up on leads and potential clients
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in call centre / telecalling (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English required)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Good listening and convincing skills
