Description We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the Domestic Voice Process role in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of service is delivered. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and provide assistance. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Document all interactions with customers in the system accurately and promptly. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience. Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.



Robust listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. High school diploma or equivalent;
further education is aplus.
