About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and target-driven CRM and Sales Executive to join our growing clinic team. You will be the primary point of contact for our patients—managing inquiries, counseling them on our premium treatment packages, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from first contact to post-treatment care.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Conversion : Convert inquiries (from social media, website, and phone) into confirmed clinic appointments.
- Patient Counseling & Sales : Educate patients on treatments, build trust, handle objections, and close sales for treatment packages.
- CRM Management : Maintain a clean and updated database of patient interactions, follow-ups, and booking pipelines.
- Relationship Management : Conduct post-treatment check-ins to boost patient retention, collect reviews, and drive referrals.





Requirements & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in BPO, Sales, Marketing, or Front Desk roles . (Experience in a clinic, hospital, or wellness center is a major plus!)
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic and persuasive approach.
- Skills : Strong negotiation skills, active listening, and comfort working with CRM tools or medical software.
- Mindset : Target-oriented, professional, and dedicated to maintaining patient confidentiality.
