We are looking for ambitious and result-oriented Telesales Executives who can connect with interested leads, explain our programs, and drive enrollments through effective sales conversations.

Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into customers by understanding their requirements, explaining our educational programs, handling objections, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This is a pure sales role focused on conversions, revenue generation, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to assigned leads.
- Engage with warm and interested prospects.
- Explain Stock Pathshala's courses and learning programs.
- Convert leads into paid enrollments.
- Conduct timely and structured follow-ups.




- Handle objections and address customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Contribute to overall revenue growth through successful conversions.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales or Inside Sales (mandatory).
- Experience in EdTech, online course sales, training programs, or education sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Graduation preferred.
- Proficiency in Hindi; basic English communication skills are an advantage.
