Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territories.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retail networks for PVC pipes and fittings.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, plumbers, and infrastructure project clients.
- Execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment collection.
- Provide market feedback, sales forecasts, and periodic performance reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and business ethics.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc.



preferred); MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.

- 2-8 years of sales experience in industry Sales.( PVC pipes, construction materials, or plumbing solutions) :

- Proven track record in dealer/distributor network management.

- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
