Job Title : Inside Sales Executive / Counsellor (Offline Sales)

Working Hours:

- Rotational Shifts :

- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Handle cold and warm calling to generate enquiries

- Manage walk-in enquiries at the branch

- Conduct daily follow-ups to convert leads

- Counsel students and parents on courses, fees, and placements :

- Present and explain courses during counselling sessions

- Negotiate fees and course options when required

- Maintain and update leads in the CRM system :

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports :

- Work towards sales and admission targets :

- Assist students in choosing the right career path

Skills & Qualifications

- Positive English communication (verbal & written)

- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills :





- Basic knowledge of social media platforms :

- Computer proficiency ( Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools )

- Creative and analytical mindset
