The role involves dealer acquisition, order generation, relationship management, payment follow-ups, and improving overall brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Market mapping and identifying potential dealer locations :

- Appointing new dealers and expanding the distribution network

- Regular market visits and weekly/monthly reporting :

- Generating orders and achieving sales targets

- Maintaining solid relationships with existing dealers

- Supporting dealers with product knowledge, schemes, and offers :

- Monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and schemes

- Coordinating with internal teams for dispatch, stock, and billing :

- Ensuring timely payment follow-ups and credit discipline :

- Acting as the company’s brand image in the market





- Self-motivated with a strong drive to increase sales numbers :

- Willing to fight competition and grow market share

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision :

- Comfortable with extensive field work and travel across districts

Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in field sales / channel sales :

- Experience in FMCG / Electronics / Home Appliances distribution preferred

- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory :

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and sales reporting
