Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain customer satisfaction and call quality standards
Follow company processes and documentation
Requirements : Qualification : 12th/Graduate Any.
Age 20 to 32 Years.
1-2 years experience in BPO / Voice Process / Customer Support (Freshers allow)
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
Comfortable with voice-based process
