Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, certifications, and after-sales services to customers.
- Assist customers with custom jewellery requirements and special orders.
- Ensure proper display, merchandising, and cleanliness of the showroom.
- Handle billing coordination, order processing, and customer documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, collections, and promotional offers.
- Follow company policies related to inventory handling, security, and customer service.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.




- 2-5 years of B2C sales experience in a jewellery showroom.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS systems.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery is preferred.
