Job Title: Field Sales Executive (SaaS Sales)

Location : Pune Employment Type : Full-Time Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Gather market and competitor insights.

Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Software Sales, B2B Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable with daily field visits.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in SaaS, Technology, Software, Fintech,



Telecom, or Startup environments.
- Experience selling software solutions to businesses.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English. Marathi is a plus.
