Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle international outbound sales calls and client follow-ups.
- Generate business opportunities through calling and lead engagement.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain communication records and regular follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and support the sales process.

Requirement :

- 1 - 3 years of experience in BPO outbound sales/international calling. :

- Solid English communication and convincing skills.

- Technical education background preferred (BCA, MCA, B.Tech, MBA, etc.). :

- Basic understanding of IT services and software industry.

Experience : 1-3 years

Location :Kolkata

Shift Timing : 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (in-office) | Remaining hours WFH
