About Us : Established in 1967, we are a reputed Society with a turnover exceeding 300 Crores. We are an authorized IOCL dealer operating 4 Petrol Bunks and 7 Lubricant shops in Vijayawada.

Role Summary : We are seeking a disciplined and sincere Purchase Officer to manage the procurement of fuel and lubricants. You will ensure zero stockouts and handle necessary regulatory compliances.

Key Responsibilities :

- Procurement : Place and track orders with IOCL to ensure timely delivery of fuel and lubricants.

- Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels daily across all bunks and shops to forecast demand.

- Compliance & Accounts : Manage trade licenses, renewals, and supplier account reconciliations,Stock Audits.

- Coordination : Act as the link between Bunk Managers, Directors,



and Suppliers.

- Requirements :

- Experience : 2-5 years in procurement or administration (Petroleum/Automotive experience preferred).

- Skills : Proficiency in MS Office/ERP and strong organizational skills.

- Traits : High integrity, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's in Business/Supply Chain/Commerce/Engineering; 3-6 years in procurement (petroleum experience preferred).
- Solid organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficient in MS Office/ERP.
- High i ntegrity , detail-oriented, and team player; local Vijayawada knowledge a plus.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
