Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer / Manager

Department : Sales & Marketing Reports To : General Manager / Director - Sales

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Key Account Management :

- Develop and manage relationships with major corporate, institutional, and government clients.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through regular engagement and support.

- Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts.

- Business Development :

- Identify and pursue current business opportunities in pharmaceutical and surgical disposable markets.

- Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.

- Coordinate with distributors, channel partners, and procurement teams for smooth operations.

- Channel Management :

- Appoint, train, and manage channel partners/distributors.

- Monitor stock levels, pricing, and performance across the distribution network.

- Develop promotional activities to enhance product visibility and sales performance.

- Institutional & Government Business :

- Handle tenders, rate contracts, and empanelment’s with government and institutional clients.





- Liaise with purchasing authorities and ensure compliance with institutional procurement processes.

- Marketing & Promotion :

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement programs.

- Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategy.

- Education : Graduate / Post Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Business Administration (MBA).

- Experience : 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Pharmaceutical and/or Surgical Disposable industries.

- Skills & Attributes :

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record in handling key accounts and institutional business.

- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

- Strong analytical and market understanding.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Compensation : Compensation: ₹5-7 LPA (based on experience and skill fit)

Employment Type : Full-time

Pay: ₹511,279.09 - ₹752,726.97 per year
