Experience Required

- Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience in sales and marketing industry
- Must have working experience in largescale Marketing Companies
- Experience in handling Sales & Marketing employees and field teams is mandatory
- Prior experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Products, Distribution, or Corporate Marketing industries preferred

Qualification

- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and labor laws

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end HR activities for Sales & Marketing departments
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for field staff, supervisors, promoters, and corporate employees
- Coordinate manpower planning across multiple locations
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and retention activities
- Support sales team performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure company policy compliance and statutory compliance
- Maintain HR documentation, attendance, and employee records
- Conduct employee training and development programs
- Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and employee performance
- Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution professionally
- Organize and coordinate company meetings, conferences,



and internal events
- Handle event management activities including sales meetings, employee engagement programs, and marketing events
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for official meetings and events
- Maintain robust knowledge in PF, ESI, statutory compliance, and labor law regulations
- Coordinate with consultants and government departments for PF, ESI, and statutory related matters
- Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and management presentations
- Support administration activities and branch coordination when required
