Junior MIS Executive - Karuna Group

Position Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update databases with accuracy.
- Collect data from different departments and compile reports.
- Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports.
- Ensure data validation and error-free reporting.
- Assist management with data analysis and business insights.
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, and operations teams for data collection.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Computer Applications or related field.
- 6 months - 2 years experience in MIS / Data handling preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).




- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry : Retail / TelecoM/FMCG / Corporate Office Background

Salary : As per company standards (based on experience & current CTC)

Reporting To : Operations / Accounts Head

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
