What would you do? • The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving learning strategies that enhance workforce capability, leadership readiness, and organizational performance. The role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and global learning teams to deliver impactful learning interventions aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements in APAC.• Talent Development Instruction Design• Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.




What are we looking for? • Proven experience managing enterprise scale learning programs• Prior experience working with global or regional stakeholders preferred• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology Education or related field• Post graduate qualification or certification in Learning and Development Instructional Design or HR is desirable• Shift Timings• Must be adaptable with respect to shift timings• Strong expertise in learning strategy instructional design and adult learning principles• Experience with digital learning platforms LMS LXP and virtual facilitation tools• Stakeholder management and consultative skills with senior leadership• Knowledge of APAC workforce regulations DEI standards and accessibility practices• Data driven mindset with ability to measure learning ROI and outcomes• Excellent communication facilitation and change management skills• 15 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development roles
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead end to end planning and delivery of learning and development programs aligned to business strategy• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions• Manage learning needs analysis curriculum design and deployment of blended learning models including digital classroom and experiential• Oversee vendor partnerships external trainers and learning platforms• Track learning effectiveness using metrics dashboards and impact assessments• Ensure compliance with APAC specific workplace learning accessibility and inclusion requirements• Mentor Learning and Development team members and contribute to capability building within the HR function
