Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Workfront Business Analyst to join the Marketing Work Management (MWM) Product Team. This role serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping drive the evolution and adoption of Adobe Workfront across Amgen's global marketing and commercial organizations.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills, Agile product delivery experience, and expertise in marketing operations and work management processes. This individual will partner with business leaders, marketers, project managers, and technology teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance planning, collaboration, visibility, and execution across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Partner with marketing, commercial, creative, and operations stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and process-mapping exercises to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.




- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on Workfront capabilities, best practices, and process improvements.
- Document business processes, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog items in partnership with Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Support PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Drive Workfront governance, standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate current Workfront and Fusion capabilities and recommend enhancements.
- Support training, change management, and user enablement activities.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field and 8–13 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Adobe Workfront or comparable enterprise work management platforms.
- Experience supporting Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Work Management functions.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion, Adobe Experience Cloud, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows between enterprise applications.




- Familiarity with change management and user adoption practices.
- Experience supporting global teams and operating models.

Must-Have Skills

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for improving business processes through technology and workflow automation.
- Experience working within a product operating model, including roadmap planning, backlog management, and value-based prioritization.
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to influence based on data and business value
- Has experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as Jira
- Ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical clients

Soft Skills:

- Able to work effectively across multiple geographies (primarily India, Portugal, and the United States) under minimal supervision
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication in English language
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question partners across functions
- Ability to prioritize successfully based on business value
