Job Title: Executive - Automation
Location: Chennai Office
Reports to (Position): Manager
Department/Function: Engineering (Automation)

Purpose of the Job:



Responsible for ensuring availability of GT & Curing Tyre Handling Automation
system (THA), complying to safe work workplace with skilled team and optimum cost.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting & Capturing of electrical /electronic breakdowns in Maintwiz
2. To take up CLIT activities as per schedule in shifts
3. Support lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), permit-to work (PTW), and energy isolation procedures
4. Ensure 5s in individual zones
5. Participation in improvement activities like Kaizen, QCC and innovation programs

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)

1. Preventive maintenance – Electrical /Electronics
2. Programming & Troubleshooting of PLCs / VFDs
3. Using the HMI program for Troubleshooting
4. Basic maintenance of Conveyors & Robots Skills
5. Interpersonal
6. Problem solving
7. Presentation
8. Decision making

Relevant Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Education Qualification(s): B.E (EEE)
