Purpose of the Job:



Responsible to support tyre material developmentactivities through effective operation of Textile Testing and HSLFT equipment,execution of laboratory testing, team coordination, and maintenance of safe andefficient laboratory operations.

Major Responsibilities:

- Operate and manage Textile Testing and HSLFT (High Speed Linear Friction tester) machines as per established test procedures.
- Conduct routine material testing and support new material development projects.
- Ensure test data accuracy, equipment upkeep, and timely reporting.
- Supervise technicians/operators and coordinate daily laboratory activities.
- Manage test samples, consumables, and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.

Skills:

Hands-on experience in Textile Testing and HSLFT operation.
Knowledge of material characterization and laboratory practices.
Team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and test data analysis.

Relevant Experience:

0-5 years of experience in tyre, rubber, polymer, or material testing laboratories.

Education Qualification(s):

B.Tech/B.Tech in Polymer/Mechanical, MSc in Physics/Chemistry or related discipline.
