Position: Manager – Showrooms (All Kerala)
Location: Cochin
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in Multi-Store Retail Operations / Showroom Management / Consumer Electronics / Mobile Phone Retail.
Salary: Up to 7.2 LPA
Key Requirements & Responsibilities

* Oversee the overall operations of all Showrooms across Kerala and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
* Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all showrooms.
* Monitor showroom-wise sales performance, revenue growth, productivity, and key business metrics.
* Lead, guide, and manage showroom managers and retail teams to achieve business objectives.
* Develop strategies to improve walk-ins, sales conversion, average transaction value, and customer retention.
* Monitor inventory, stock availability, product movement, and stock audit procedures.
* Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational policies,



billing procedures, and audit requirements.
* Monitor customer experience, feedback, and complaint resolution across all showrooms.
* Conduct regular showroom visits, performance reviews, and operational audits.
* Identify training needs and improve employees' product knowledge and selling skills.
* Prepare showroom-wise sales, inventory, operational, and performance reports for senior management.
* Solid leadership, analytical, decision-making, communication, and team management skills are essential.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is required.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala for showroom visits and operational reviews is mandatory.
