Role Summary: Responsible for inventory management and ICQA activities, ensuring inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, SBC counts, put-away audits, and compliance with operational KPIs. The role involves maintaining the ICQA penalty matrix, monitoring inventory health, and driving process adherence within warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:• Manage inventory control activities, including Daily Cycle Count (CC) and SBC Count. • Maintain and monitor the ICQA penalty matrix and inventory accuracy metrics.



• Perform daily put-away audits and identify process gaps. • Operate and manage inventory activities through Amazon AFTX software. • Ensure inventory KPIs are achieved through regular monitoring and corrective actions. • Conduct training sessions for problem solvers and team members on AFTX applications and inventory processes. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory operations and process compliance. • Prepare inventory-related reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:•Education: 10+2 and above • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Warehousing and Inventory Management • Technical Skills: Amazon AFTX, MS Excel, Inventory Control, ICQA Operations • Key Competencies: Inventory Management, Audit Compliance, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, and Team Coordination.Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
