Assistant Manager

Role Summary:Responsible for managing multi-customer warehouse and transportation operations (Wirtgen, HP, Cisco Reverse Logistics), ensuring seamless inbound, outbound, inventory, customer service, MIS reporting, safety compliance, and service provider management. The role focuses on achieving operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, and process excellence.Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and customer deliveries.



• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy. • Monitor and manage operations through SAP, TMS, WMS, and Power BI. • Prepare MIS reports and drive KPI achievement. • Ensure timely LMD arrangements and service provider alignment. • Maintain safety standards and compliance across operations. • Conduct training sessions for team members on operational processes and system applications. • Resolve operational issues and customer queries in a timely manner. Requirements• Education: Graduate or above. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehousing, Transportation, Inventory Management, or Customer Management. • Technical Skills: SAP, TMS, WMS, Power BI, MS Excel. • Key Competencies: Customer Management, Team Leadership, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Communication, and Operational Excellence.
