Data Entery Operator

Job Purpose

To manage and maintain accurate shipment-related data, logistics documentation, and operational records in the system, ensuring smooth and timely processing of courier and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enter shipment details, AWB (Airway Bill) numbers, consignment details, and customer information into the system.
2. Update shipment booking, dispatch, transit, and delivery status.
3. Verify shipment details against invoices, shipping labels, and other supporting documents.
4. Generate shipping labels, manifests, and shipment-related reports.
5.



Maintain daily Excel trackers and operational MIS reports.
6. Coordinate with warehouse, hub, dispatch, and delivery teams for shipment-related information.
7. Track shipment discrepancies, incorrect entries, and missing information.
8. Ensure timely and accurate data entry for inbound and outbound shipments.
9. Maintain proper records of shipment documentation and delivery details.
10. Follow DHL's operational procedures, quality standards, and data confidentiality guidelines.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of data entry and logistics documentation.
- Basic understanding of courier and shipment operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Educational Qualification

- HSC / Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in logistics, courier, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of AWB, shipment tracking, dispatch documentation, and MIS reporting.
- Experience working on ERP or logistics management software.
