We're looking for someone who has:

- Solid knowledge of housing finance regulations and credit risk
- Proven track record in scaling business operations in a HFC
- Digital-first mindset
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- 18-25 years in BFSI, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles in affordable housing finance
- Need extensive experience in secured (by property) mortgage business with Average ticket size of 8-12 lac.
- Deep understanding of affordable housing finance, with proven ability to deliver business from customers with informal income profile
