Job Description:

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Data Management.
- Solid experience in Healthcare Clinical Data (EMR/EHR, Claims, Clinical Trials, Patient Data, Provider Data).
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Delta Lake architecture.
- Expertise in Azure Data Platform (Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, Databricks).
- Strong understanding of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT, SNOMED.
- Experience designing and implementing Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse architectures.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark/PySpark.
- Experience with Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical).
- Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Security, and Regulatory Compliance (HIPAA).
- Experience leading architecture discussions and guiding development teams.
