Associate Data Architect I – Data Engineering & Architecture

Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Data Architect I with robust hands-on development experience in designing, building, and optimizing data solutions. The role will support scalable data architectures, data pipelines, integrations, and cloud-based data platforms while working closely with engineering and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows for structured and semi-structured data.
- Support the design and implementation of data models, data warehouses, and data lake architectures.
- Develop solutions for integrating data from multiple applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Translate architecture designs into working technical implementations and reusable components.
- Optimize data pipelines, SQL queries, and storage solutions for performance and scalability.
- Implement data validation, data quality, security, and governance requirements within data solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including data flows, mappings, and solution designs.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, application teams, and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing data solutions and recommend technical improvements and modernization opportunities.
