Profile: Product Demonstration Executive

Experience:

- 0-1 years of experience

Roles:

- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients to explain product features, functionalities and benefits
- Learn and understand technology-based products, including AI Calling and Air Calling solutions
- Communicate with potential customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
- Deliver engaging sales pitches and explain how the product can address customer needs
- Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups and converting prospects into customers
- Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the technical team whenever required
- Maintain records of client interactions, product demonstrations and follow-up activities
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualification:

- Graduate
- Solid interest in sales, product demonstrations and technology-based solutions
- Willingness to learn about AI Calling, Air Calling and other tech products
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and online meeting platforms
