Responsibilities :

A day in the life of an Infoscion

- As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.

- You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.

- You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design

- You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines

- Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.

Additional Responsibilities :

- Robust analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Prepare functional specifications and work with technical/integration teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
- Troubleshoot costing, accounting-distribution, valuation, and period-close issues.

Technical and Professional Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Cost Management/Costing.
- Good knowledge of Cost Accounting and Receipt Accounting.
- Experience with Cost Organizations, Cost Books, Cost Profiles, Cost Elements, Valuation Structures, and costing methods.
- Good understanding of Inventory, Procurement/P2P, Manufacturing, and Order Management business processes.




- Understanding of SCM accounting and integration with Oracle Financials/General Ledger.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and production support.
- Experience in at least 1-2 Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation/support engagements preferred
- Gather business requirements, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and design Oracle Fusion Cloud Costing solutions.
- Configure and support Cost Organizations, Cost Books, Cost Elements, Cost Profiles, Valuation Structures, and Valuation Units.
- Work with Standard Cost, Actual Cost, Perpetual Average Cost, and Periodic Average Cost methods, as applicable to the business solution. Oracle's current Cost Management documentation lists these costing methods and identifies Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, and Landed Cost Management as core functional areas.
- Configure and support Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Inventory Valuation, and Landed Cost Management.
- Understand costing and accounting flows across Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Financials.
- Support Subledger Accounting (SLA) and reconciliation of costing/accounting transactions with the General Ledger.
- Perform functional testing, SIT/UAT support, defect analysis, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
- Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SCM solutions.
