Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple technical programs.- Collaborate with engineering, product management, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align program objectives.- Develop program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring timely resolution.- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Monitor program performance using KPIs, delivery metrics, and status reports.- Work closely with software development teams to understand technical architecture, implementation challenges, and integration dependencies.- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, delivery efficiency, and quality standards.- Communicate program progress, risks,



and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.- Ensure alignment with organizational standards, security requirements, and technical best practices.Required Skills :- Strong software development background with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).- Proven experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.- Working knowledge of .NET and/or Java technologies.- Understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-native application architectures.- Excellent program management, planning, and execution skills.- Solid stakeholder management, leadership, and communication abilities.- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills (ref:hirist.tech)
