Job Functions: Technical Manager
Your Impact

- Develop technical product specifications and lead cross-functional design and review meetings.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and manage hardware development projects, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Work with major Networking ASIC and CPU suppliers to define system architecture and develop system block diagrams.
- Responsible for networking switch hardware design, including:

o Schematic and PCB layout review
o System bring-up o Debugging and troubleshooting
o Design Verification (DV)
o Pilot run support and production yield ramp-up with manufacturing partners

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Design (ID), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Compliance, and Supply Chain Management (SCM), throughout all Recent Product Introduction (NPI) phases to successfully bring products to market.
- Triage, debug, and perform root cause analysis for major customer issues during the product sustaining phase.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and technical innovation projects.
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires to cultivate qualified hardware engineers.

Minimum Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in networking hardware system design or Server/HPC (High Performance Computing) system design.
- Experience in datacenter switches or Server/HPC platforms, with knowledge of: o High-speed Ethernet switches (25G and above) o CPU platforms (Intel, AMD, and ARM)

• Experience in:
o Schematic and PCB layout design/review
o Hardware bring-up
o Troubleshooting and debugging
o System-level testing

• Experience working with software platform teams on:
o System bring-up
o Software porting
o Device configuration and debugging at the register level

• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with networking technologies and related concepts.
- Experience developing high-volume, cost-sensitive products.
- Experience taking products from development through production ramp-up.
- Experience collaborating with teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills, with a high level of self-motivation and strong execution capability.
