.NET/ASP.NET Core and Web APIs.- Architect independently deployable and scalable microservices.- Apply appropriate distributed-system patterns such as:1. API Gateway2. Event-driven architecture3. Caching4. Resilience patterns5. Observability6. Containerization- Work with messaging/event platforms such as Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ or equivalent technologies.- Drive API design standards, security and performance optimization.Frontend Engineering :- Architect and build modern applications using React, Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML and CSS.- Define scalable frontend architecture, component design and state-management approaches.- Establish reusable UI patterns and engineering standards.- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility and user experience.- Ensure effective integration between React applications and backend APIs/microservices.Cloud & Platform Engineering :- Design and develop cloud-native applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.- Work with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Promote CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, automated testing, observability and DevSecOps practices.- Design for reliability, scalability and production readiness.Engineering Leadership :- Remain hands-on with architecture, design, coding and technical problem solving.- Mentor architects, leads and senior engineers.- Establish coding standards, reusable frameworks and engineering best practices.- Conduct architecture, design and code reviews.- Evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into practical engineering solutions.- Influence engineering practices across multiple teams without relying on direct reporting structures.- Build prototypes and Proofs of Concept to validate new architectural approaches.
